Its stability is higher in sodium phosphate pH 7.3 and in glycine pH 9.5, maintaining 90% activity after 24 hours of incubation at such pHs. At lower pH values, the enzyme is less stable. It maintains 75% activity in sodium acetate pH 5.0 and pH 6.0 after 24 hours
