Comparisons of lysX absolute expression in different strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with and without LL-37 (strains H37Rv, H37Ra, Beijing, Beijing4P, MDR, and 5186). Strains H37Rv and Beijing strains similar results are obtained after 30 and 60 min of incubation. H37Ra and Beijing strains do not show differences among stimulation times whereas Beijing, Beijing4P, MDR and 5186 strains showed statistic differences among stimulation times when compared with the respective NoTx condition |
