Sniffing, ptosis, teeth chattering, and body tremor are markedly reduced, diarrhea and paw tremor are not significantly different, the number of jumps is dramatically increased. Behavioral effects of selective micro or delta opioid receptor agonists are lost, behavioral effects of selective kappa opioid receptor agonists are unaffected.
