Anti-inflammatory effects of 13-(S)-hydroperoxyoctadecatrienoic acid and 13-(S)-hydroxyoctadecatrienoic acid by inactivating NLRP3 inflammasome complex through the PPAR-gama pathway. Both metabolites, especially 13-(S)-hydroperoxyoctadecatrienoic acid, also deactivate autophagy and induce apoptosis
