Renatured (Commentary)

Renatured (Comment) Organism
the denatured trypsin is diluted with 1 M diethanolamine or other solutions to a final concentration of 100 nM at pH 8.2, in the case of fully reduced trypsin, the refolding solution also contains 3 mM glutathione and 1 mM oxidized glutathione, the addition of 1.5 M urea resulted in even less recovered activity despite counteracting the formation of precipitates, refolding from fully reduced trypsin is achieved with a substantial approximate 86% recovery of protein yield Bos taurus
