General Information

General Information Comment Organism
physiological function enzyme is capable of rapidly cleaving the terminal mannose linkage of the alpha-1,6-alpha-1,6 branch in the absence of a terminal mannose in the alpha-1,6-alpha-1,3 branch. The enzyme hydrolyzes the alpha-l,2-mannose residues on the alpha-1,3 branch at a rate of approximately 80times faster than it hydrolyzes those on the alpha-1,6 branch Homo sapiens
