Crystallization (Commentary)

Crystallization (Comment) Organism
crystals are grown using the sitting drop vapor diffusion method (pH 7.4 , 25°C). The Dpo4 polymerase is cocrystallized with the aflatoxin B1-formamidopyrimidine-modified template and the structure is determined at 3.0 A resolution. The structures of the ternary complexes are determined at 2.9 and 2.7 A resolutions for the dATP and dTTP complexes, respectively Saccharolobus solfataricus
