Ginkgo biloba at 8 h after cold treatment, the transcription level of isoform HMGR3 sharply increases to a peak value that is 4.5fold that of the control. Isoform HMGR3 expression reaches the maximum value, which is 1.67fold that of the control at 4 days after treatment with methyl jasmonate. Abscisic acid treatment shows similarly increasing values until a moderate peak at 2 days after treatment.
