This entry includes a family of enzymes that recyle jasmonoyl-amino acid conjugates back to jasmonates. The enzymes from Arabidopsis thaliana have been shown to also act on 12-hydroxyjasmonoyl-L-isoleucine, generating tuberonic acid.
