avermitilol hydrolase (cyclizing, avermitilol-forming)

Requires Mg2+. The recombinent enzyme gives avermitilol (85%) plus traces of germacrene A, germacrene B and viridiflorol. The (1S)-hydrogen of farnesyl diphosphate is retained.
