pH Stability
pH Stability on EC 3.5.1.19 - nicotinamidase
Please wait a moment until all data is loaded. This message will disappear when all data is loaded.
5 - 9.5
very stable nicotinamidase from acid (pH 5.0) to basic pHs (up to pH 9.5). Its stability is higher in sodium phosphate pH 7.3 and in glycine pH 9.5, maintaining 90% activity after 24 hours of incubation at such pHs. At lower pH values, the enzyme is less stable. It maintains 75% activity in sodium acetate pH 5.0 and pH 6.0 after 24 hours
755150
6 - 7.3
purified recombinant wild-type enzyme, very stable at pH 6.0 and pH 7.3, where it maintains 40% and 30% residual activity, respectively, after 20 hours of incubation
