melting temperature in sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.3
additional information
ammonium sulfate at 1 M is able to produce a slight increase in its Tm (86.4°C) in comparison with that found in sodium phosphate pH 7.3. The nicotinamidase reaction products, nicotinic and pyrazinoic acids improved UbNic stability, increasing its Tm to 87.7°C and 87.1°C. Nicotinaldehyde and 5-bromonicotinaldehyde, increased Tm up to 92.7°C and 85.7°C
