LITERATURE
modified technique is successfully established for efficiently improving the stability of sarcosine oxidase via poly-Lys covalent binding onto enzymatic surface. Compared to the free enzyme, higher pH stability and thermostability of modified sarcosine oxidase is achieved with a series of characterization analysis. It is owing to that the loosening of three-dimensional configuration can be restricted by the enzymatic surface protection with poly-Lys and subsequently maintained a more stable enzyme structure. The changed microenvironment around the enzyme in themodification process can also contribute to the better stability
